CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Microblading, Powder/Ombré Brows & Saline Removal:

We require a 72- hour cancellation notice for all microblading, powder/ombré brows and saline removal services, otherwise you will be required to pay 50% of the service(s) reserved. Any deposit will not be refunded.

​Additionally, any cancelations within 24 hours OR any client that does not show up for an appointment without notifying us will not be able to book any appointments at Brow Babes Denver without paying 100% of the service(s) reserved. Any deposit will not be refunded.

 

All Brow and Lash Services Excluding Permanent Makeup:

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all eyebrow shaping, eyebrow tinting, and eyelash lifting appointments, otherwise you will be required to pay 100% of the service(s) reserved. Any deposits paid will not be refunded. 

 

Any client that does not call to cancel and does not show up for an appointment will not be able to rebook an appointment before paying for the missed appointment in full.

 

Please understand that when you no-show or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Please call us with any questions!
